This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: ONE (1) LEVEL 2 – Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst (P.11) TWO (2) LEVEL 2 – WEB DEVELOPER (A.14) THREE (3) LEVEL 3 – WEB DEVELOPER (A.14) ONE (1) LEVEL 3 Database Analyst / IM Administrator (I.3) THREE (3) LEVEL 3 – Systems Analyst (A.8) ONE (1) LEVEL 3 – Application/Software Architect (A.1) The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal. Titus International Inc., Orangutech Inc., Xindigo Inc., The KTL Group Inc., in JOINT VENTURE Description of the requirement: 1.0 Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND) has the primary, but not exclusive responsibility for meeting the federal government’s constitutional, treaty, political, and legal responsibilities to First Nations, Inuit, and Northerners. Under this mandate, AANDC is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and assessment of policies and the delivery of a variety of programs and services to First Nations, Inuit, and Northern peoples and communities. 2.0 Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND) is developing a system for education performance measurement: the Education Information System. AANDC requires the services of the resources listed in this RFP for the continuing enhancements as due to program evolution, transition, maintenance and support of the system. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be for one (1) year starting on the contract award date with (1) one (1) one year Option Period.
