DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The Information Management Services Directorate (IMSD) of the Corporate Services Branch of Health Canada (HC) requires the establishment of a contract providing for up to ten resources (10) Project Administrators, Level One (1) and five (5) resources Level Three (3) to assist it on an “as and when required” basis to provide financial support and general project administration duties for a variety of projects for the Information Management Services Directorate (IMSD). Resources will be required to aid in maintaining a consistent level of support in the areas of procurement, finance and administrative projects while providing a variety of clerical support as required in a project team.

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The services of the contractor will be required from Contract award date until April 30, 2015.

This contract may be extended, by mutual consent, for up to two (2) additional twelve month period (from May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016 and from May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017), under the same terms and conditions.
