Description of the requirement:

The Department of Industry Canada’s Spectrum, Information Technologies and Telecommunications sector requires the services of an experienced Project Manager to develop, implement, track, and report on a detailed project charter, budget, plan, and risk/issue registry for the Tier 1 Spectrum Applications Modernization - Commercial Software Implementation (SAM-CSI) Project. The services will be required from date of contract award to March 31st, 2015 with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31st, 2015 with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.
