Commercial Cleaning Services at the Embassy of Canada in Vienna, Austria Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA/WTO-AGP Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest Cost per Point Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Commercial Cleaning Services at the Embassy of Canada in Vienna, Austria VIENNA-2014-84951-AB Amanda Brockington Amanda.Brockington@international.gc.ca The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is soliciting sealed proposals for commercial cleaning services at the Embassy of Canada in Vienna, Austria. The Contractor will provide the professional services of a team comprising of one (1) supervising cleaner and at least one (1) cleaner for the Chancery. The Contractor will be responsible to provide commercial cleaning services including all labour, supervision, material, consumables, transportation, tools and equipment within all office, representational and utility spaces, and lobbies at the Chancery as detailed in the Statement of Work and is exempt only from those items that are specifically noted. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Amanda Brockington E-mail: Amanda.Brockington@international.gc.ca Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) days prior to the closing date of the solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a optional site visit scheduled for April 23, 2014 This DFATD office provides procurement services to the Public in English and French Closing Date: May 20, 2014 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
