MANDATE The mandate is to complete dialysis, cleanup and PAH analysis of up to 750 SPMD samples (i.e. samples and blanks) from rivers and streams in the oil sands region of Alberta in order to deliver high quality, reliable and reproducible data. This data will be used to determine if there are measurable effects of oil sands development on PAH concentrations in rivers and streams in the oil sands region, and to deliver on EC commitments identified in the Canada-Alberta Joint Oil Sands Monitoring (JOSM) Program. The service contract MUST be completed by March 31, 2015.
