Description of the requirement:
The objective of this contract is to conduct an assessment of current NDM Oracle database implementation and to develop a solution to optimize performance and security.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Contract award to September 30th, 2014. 
With one(1) option period of October 1st, 2014 to December 31st, 2014.
