This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: B.1 Business Analyst –Level 2: One (1) resource A.7 Programmer/Analyst, Level 2: One (1) resource A.14 Web Developer, Level 2: One (1) resource A.14 Web Developer, Level 3: One (1) resource A.1 Application/Software Architect, Level 3: One (1) resource; P.11 Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst, Level 2: One (1) resource The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal. Nortak Software Ltd Quallium Corporation TELUS Communications Inc. The Halifax Group Inc. The VCAN Group Inc. TPG Technology Consulting Ltd. Tundra Temporary Services Inc. Description of the requirement: 1.0 Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) has the primary, but not exclusive responsibility for meeting the federal government’s constitutional, treaty, political, and legal responsibilities to First Nations, Inuit, and Northerners. Under this mandate, AANDC is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and assessment of policies and the delivery of a variety of programs and services to First Nations, Inuit, and Northern peoples and communities. 2.0 The Aboriginal and Treaty Rights Information System (ATRIS) is a Web-based information system intended to map out the location of Aboriginal communities and display information pertaining to their potential or established Aboriginal or Treaty rights. ATRIS provides users with information on treaties or agreements and claims processes and links it to a geographic location or an Aboriginal group on a map, increasing the accessibility of up-to-date, site-specific information on the rights of Aboriginal groups. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be for one (1) year starting on the contract award date with (1) one (1) one year Option Period.
