Marketing and Advertising Services for Granville Island, Vancouver, B.C.

CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a qualified proponent for the purpose of on-going  Marketing and Advertising Services for Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia on an as-when required basis. The successful proponent will be responsible to provide a marketing strategy development and creative work. In addition, the successful proponent will coordinate the purchase of advertising space. The successful proponent will be primarily responsible to develop and implement an annual Promotions and Marketing plan. The successful proponent will also be responsible for promotional tactics including, but not limited to, marketing communications, design services, and copy writing support.

The term of this contract will be 5 years and the annual value of this contract is expected to range from $300K- $336K, including all applicable taxes. 

Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on July 15, 2014.
