Atlanta, GA - Property Brokerage Services

1.0 The Project:
Her Majesty as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) has initiated professional real estate services with the aim of selling one (1) residential property in the Atlanta, GA area.  The Department has obtained an appraisal on the property which is ready for immediate sale.  
	2.0 Scope of Work: 
	This contract will consist of the following: 
	Broker services:  if and when Treasury Board of Canada approves the project, the Contractor will provide broker services to finalise the transaction for the disposal one (1) residential property in the Atlanta, GA area. 
A mandatory site visit will be held on July 15th, 2014 at 10:00 at 247 Robin Hood Rd, Atlanta, GA, USA.  

The Proponent must also have a permanent office in Atlanta, GA, have provided realtor services within the area for at least the past five (5) years and have completed at least fifteen (15) sales in the area during that time.  

3.0 RFP Documents From GETS:
	
Proponents shall order from GETS the Request for Proposals documents which includes the Draft Contract.

4.0 Selection Process: 

The selection process is a one-stage competitive process wherein Proponents are invited to respond to this RFP and submit information relating to technical and price proposals.  The proposals will be evaluated and scored as described within the RFP documents.  The price proposal shall consist of a fixed percentage price for the property.  Should Her Majesty elect to proceed with a contract, the Proponent with the highest score will be awarded the Contract. 

In case of discrepancies between this Notice and the Request For Proposals documents, the Request For Proposals documents shall take precedence.
