Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed or faxed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT GETS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.

Description of the requirement:

The overall purpose is to enhance the efficiency of the BMC Remedy suite; assisting IT Service Delivery within CIC.  Continuous implementation of ITIL-based process improvements and enabling additional Remedy out of the box (OOTB) modules; all of which, based upon the results of Gartner’s Benchmarking Assessment Report (on how CIC uses the Remedy product).

The Contractor will complete the development and manage the implementation of the application components as per the Remedy Change Management Board (CMB) priorities, prepare migration strategies, assess the feasibility of migrating from the source to the target and identify the associated risks. 




Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to March 31st, 2017 with two (2) options to increase the Level of Effort.
