Extention of parking area at St-Jean sur Richelieu

TITLE
General contractor Services for the expansion of the Parking Area at the Detachment in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.
Trade Agreement: AIT
Procurement Strategy: Competitive, 21 days posted to Buy and Sell.
Land Claim Agreements: Not Applicable.
Services of a general construction contractor for C Division. The requirement is for the Monteregie Detachment in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract will commence the date the contract is awarded, and the construction will be completed 30 days after the award of the contract.

MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA
The winning bid will be the lowest dollar value bid that is receivable. To be a receivable bid the bidder must meet all the mandatory technical requirements.

SECURITY
Site Access security only. All work will be completed at the exterior of the building under the supervision of Commissionaires.

CONTRACT CLOSE
The contract will end 30 days after the award of the contract.

QUESTIONS
Any contractors with the intention of submitting a bid for this project must obtain their tender documents from Buy and Sell. Any modifications or addenda will be posted to Buy and Sell. Any contractors that base their bid on documents from another source do so at their own risk and it will be their responsibility to inform the contracting authority of their intention to bid. In either case the bidders must indicate in the space provided the modification number and that they have taken any modification or addenda into consideration in their bid.
