Nature of Requirements:  Supply and Delivery of Aggregate Materials
A Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply aggregate materials for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Regina, Saskatchewan. The offeror will supply all materials, labour, equipment, supervision and transportation to supply and deliver aggregate materials on an as required basis during the period of the standing offer.  The standing offer will be in effect from Issuance of the Standing Offer to August 31, 2015 with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The total estimated expenditure for the first year is $100,000.00 excluding GST/HST.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
