One (1) Business Process Consultant for Department of Justice Canada

The Management and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sector of Department of Justice (DoJ) requires the services of one (1) Business Process Mapping Consultant to provide a turnkey mapping of business processes and workflows for ten inefficient internal service business processes, including the Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) process, and provide viable options to enhance the delivery of these internal services. 
Tasks include:
•	Identifying the ten most irritating or inefficient business processes for internal services clients;
•	Mapping the business processes for these ten processes with a view to developing the most efficient and lean processes possible;  and
•	Identifying areas for improvement in the existing processes, as well as any systemic barriers and gaps, and to make recommendations.

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from date of contract to December 15, 2014. 
 
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. The Bidder must submit evidence of security requirements with their bid submission.
