This requirement is for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO).  DFO requires one of the two (2) the following resources:

One (1) Project Manager for Real Property (4.2) at the intermediate level;

Or

One (1) Project Administrator for Real Property (4.1) at the intermediate level.
