    Description
    The Request for Qualification (RFQ) is an invitation to prospective Service Providers to qualify for eligibility to submit Proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP’s) that may be issued by CPC for Community Mailbox (CMB) and other Street Furniture Services.  These Services include:
    
    Core Service Stream A:
    •	ground preparation (including Excavation, gravel and concrete) and installation of a concrete pad or ballasted base; and
    •	installation of a CMB and other street furniture onto the concrete pad or ballast base.
    
    Core Service Stream B:
    •	maintenance services for the CMB’s and other street furniture; and
    •	snow removal services for the CMB’s and other street furniture.
    
    Canada Post’s requirements have been divided into the following six (6) Regions (the Regions): 
    •	Region 1: Pacific (BC & YK);
    •	Region 2: Prairie (AB, SK, MB, includes Yellowknife);
    •	Region 3: Greater Toronto Area (GTA);
    •	Region 4: Ontario and NU – excluding GTA;
    •	Region 5: Quebec; and 
    •	Region 6: Atlantic (NFL, NB, NS, PEI). 
    
    Service Providers can respond to provide the Requirements:
    •	in at least one, multiple or all Regions; and 
    •	for at least one or both Core Service Streams.
