Description
Reproduction and preparation of transcripts from audiocassettes and digital recordings for proceedings and reasons/decisions. The IRB will provide the Offeror with cassette tape(s), CD-ROM(s), or USB Flash Drive(s) for transcription. The cassette tape(s), CD-ROM(s), USB Flash Drive(s), or handwritten notes will, at all times, be returned to the IRB upon completion of the transcription. The Offeror must not make any copies of the CD-ROMs, USB key(s) or cassette tape(s) provided. There is a security requirement related to this requirement.
