Description of the requirement: 
Statistics Canada has procured the Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) / Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite 11g technology. These suites will be the foundation pieces to enable the integration of enterprise applications, automation of administrative business processes and self service capabilities subsequently allowing for the delivery of new solutions more effectively and efficiently.

This technology suite is expected to modernize and improve business operations at Statistics Canada.

Statistics Canada is building a solution that has the following business components:

i.	Develop a web portal to be used by process participants, process owners and administrators. It is here where clients will go to launch, act on and manage the business processes.
ii.	Replace the current paper forms with new electronic forms 
iii.	Design, implement, execute and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM/SOA 11g workflow technology (including notifications, escalations)
iv.	Enable electronic approval of requests (includes identifying legitimate approver and ability to render approvals on transactions)
v.	Develop a dashboard to monitor and evaluate in process and completed business processes instances
vi.	Create reports on the business process transactions to support operational activities
vii.	Create an archive repository to store completed transactions

Statistics Canada requires resources to work on this solution. 

The proposed period of the contract shall be from Contract award to March 31, 2016, plus one option period.
