NOTICE Solicitation #K4A22-14-0509 PESC Liquid Scintillation Counter (LSC) Laboratory 2645 Dollarton Hwy. North Vancouver, BC V7H 1B1 SCOPE OF WORK The works consist of the renovation and division of an existing laboratory space including but not limited to: erection of a partition wall, installation of additional electrical circuits and commination cabling, addition of ductwork and HVAC, compressed air & vacuum line relocation and the installation of stainless steel and wooden millwork. The work on this contract includes coordination and cooperation with building personnel working on the site. Exact details are found in the contract drawings and specifications. . All contractors intending to bid are requested to attend the mandatory site examination meeting. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site, examine the drawings and discuss projects details. The site visit will be held at the following date and location, as stated below: Interested bidders are invited to meet at Environment Canada, 2645 Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver, BC on the 1st of October, 2014 at 10am local time. Failure to attend the “Site Visit” will result in bidder’s disqualification. IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS: Enquiries during the solicitation period shall be addressed only in writing by fax or email to the Contracting Authority named above and must be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date stated above."
