Work in this contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP):  Renovation, including painting, new carpet, and installing millwork, new light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures, as described in the drawings and specifications.

Completion of project:  12 weeks after award of contract

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
