Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Amendment 001 of solicitation number 1000016457-R  is raised to extend the Closing date from Friday, October 10, 2014 - 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to Wednesday, October 15, 2014 - 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).All terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This requirement No 1000016457-R is for Justice Canada.

The above mentioned requirement cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 1000016457 dated 2014-08-15 with a closing of 2014-09-02 at 02:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EDT).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under TSPS Solutions E60ZN-13TSSB/ who qualified under  Tier  “ 1 ” (= $0-$2M )  stream for Business Consulting / Change Management Stream and category for Business Process Consultant.

Description of the requirement:

The Management and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sector of Department of Justice (DoJ) requires the services of one (1) Business Process Mapping Consultant to provide a turnkey mapping of business processes and workflows for ten inefficient internal service business processes, including the Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) process, and provide viable options to enhance the delivery of these internal services.

•	Type of Information: CANADA 
•	No release restrictions 
•	Level of information – PROTECTED A, B, C, CONFIDENTIAL and SECRET 
•	Personnel Security level –SECRET 
•	Supplier to receive and store PROTECTED and/or CLASSIFIED information or assets on its site or premises;

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to January 9, 2015.
