This requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the category for:

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed or faxed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT GETS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.
Description of the requirement:
To conduct a Third Party Review of the transformation plans and projected efficiencies over the current business cycle planned through modernization efforts of the Passport Program as presented in the program’s 10-year financial outlook
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to March 31st, 2015
