Description
CMHC wishes to enter into property management contracts with two (2) property management firms for its properties and those for which it is a creditor comprising 1 to 50 units located throughout the province of Quebec. The duration of the contracts will be for 2 years and may be renewed at CMHC's discretion for 3 additional 1-year periods, not to exceed a total of 5 years. The anticipated contract value is not expected to exceed $2.5M annually. Proposals must be received as indicated in the RFP document no later than the closing date and time set as 4pm EST November 7, 2014.
