Nature of Requirements: 

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide dental services to federal offenders for Warkworth Institution, located near Campbellford, Ontario and Millhaven and Bath Institutions, and Joyceville Complex located near Kingston Ontario

Objectives: To provide dental clinic services during weekdays, and provide dental care services in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada.

Deliverables: The contractor will prepare clinic lists based on requests received and emergencies as they arise. The contractor will provide essential dental care to offenders at any of the listed institutions.

Expected Delivery Date: December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015, with the option to renew annually for up to three (3) additional one-year periods.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
