Horse Hauling – RCMP Musical Ride

Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires Livestock Hauling Services for RCMP’s Musical Ride 2015 Tour Year.

Transportation is required for thirty-six horses, feed, and equipment involved in the Musical Ride tour.  Hauling will be executed throughout Canada and potentially the United States. 

Any resulting contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Work will be performed on an “as and when requested” basis using Task Authorizations. 

Proposals will be evaluated using mandatory criteria.  The responsive proposal with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award. 

This requirement is subject to the following Trade Agreement:
•	Agreement on Internal Trade – AIT

There is a security requirement associated with this work.
