    WPG14005  - Defence Construction Canada - Request for Abbreviated Proposals:
    Multidisciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services Source List
    Various Locations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
    
    In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and professional associations of the Provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in various locations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
    
    The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) is to select six (6) firms who will be placed on the SL with DCC to provide the required services for a period of three (3) years from the date of the establishment of the SL to a maximum estimated value of $3,500,000. If mutually agreeable, the SLmay be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $500,000.
    
    Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $10,000 and $150,000. The maximum value of a Commission is $350,000.
    
    The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
    
    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to depth and completeness of the proposed team, achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise, and team coordination. The price component relates to personnel Charge Out Rates and travel expenses.
    
    The six (6) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to be included on the SL.
    
    This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
