Description
Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) requires Janitorial Services for the Indian Head AgroForestry Development Centre and Research Farm the Main Facility and numerous outer buildings.  

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS - the Agroforestry Development Centre is slated for closure, therefore, the requirement for services at this location will continually diminish during the contract period until the Centre is completely closed.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) Packages for bidding are available from annette.haider@agr.gc.ca or by calling (306) 523-6544. PACKAGES WILL NOT BE SENT ELECTRONICALLY.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE RFQ DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

There will be an Optional Site Visit at on January 8, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.  Contact information is contained in the RFQ.

Written questions must be submitted to annette.haider@agr.gc.ca on or before 12:00 p.m., local Regina time on January 15, 2015

Sealed Submissions will be received by AAFC, 300 - 2010 12th Avenue, REGINA SK  S4P OM3 until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, January 29, 2015.  Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ
