    Description
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and professional associations of the Province of British Columbia, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in Comox, British Columbia.
The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) is to select two (2) firms who will each sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide the required services on an “as and when required” basis for a period of two (2) years from the date of award.
The maximum estimated value of the SOA over two (2) years is $900,000, which will be split 60% - 40% in favour of the top ranked Proponent.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, each SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional one-year period, without any increase in funding.
Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $75,000. The maximum value of a Call-up is $125,000.
The SOA is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
