First Nations Community Leader Outreach

Elections Canada requires the professional services of a contractor to perform outreach, consultation, data gathering, data validation, analysis and evaluation activities with leaders in the First Nations community, in the lead-up to, during, and after the next federal general election. A contractor with access to key communication channels with First Nations community leaders across Canada is required to:

a)	gather information on barriers to electoral participation among First Nations electors;
b)	perform analysis; and
c)	deliver outreach messaging to on-reserve community leaders, in order to maximize program uptake among on-reserve First Nations electors.
