Programmer/Analyst for Library and Archives Canada - TBIPS

(a) This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Library and Archives Canada for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.  

(b) Bidders must propose two (2) representative resources for the following resource category under Workstream 1, Applications Services:

• A.7. Programmer/Analyst (level 2) with specialties in C++, PHP, Java, JavaScript, .NET.

(c) Two (2) resources in the resource category A.7. Programmer/Analyst (level 2) will be evaluated.  Additional resources will be assessed at the time that specific task authorizations (TAs) are issued to the contractor subsequent to contract award. When a TA is issued by Library and Archives Canada (LAC), the contractor will be requested to propose resources to satisfy the specific requirement.  The additional proposed resource(s) will then be assessed against the resource assessment criteria included in the TA.

(d) It is intended to award one contract for a one (1) year period, plus an irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
