This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-13TSPS  who qualified under Tier 1, Project Management Services Stream – Project Manager. 

This requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the stream for: Project Manager, Level 2.

Description of the requirement:

The purpose of the project is to ensure that all necessary logistical and planning preparatory work is identified and completed to ensure that the relocation of laboratory equipment and infrastructure moving from the EHC to the SFBRC can be conducted in a safe, efficient, timely and cost effective manner. The project manager will develop a laboratory equipment and material relocation management plan (complete with schedules and cost estimates) then implement the plan through to the completion of the move of laboratory equipment from the EHC to the SFBRC. The relocation management plan is Protected A while Appendix A – the Equipment list is Protected B. 

Security Requirement: 

1. 	The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of PROTECTED B, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2. 	The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by the CISD, PWGSC.

3. 	The Contractor MUST NOT utilize its Information Technology systems to electronically process, produce or store any sensitive PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information until CISD/PWGSC has issued written approval.  After approval has been granted, these tasks may be performed at the level of PROTECTED B.

4. 	Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

5. 	The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:

	(a) 	Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C;
	(b) 	Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to September 30, 2016 (Level of Effort 150 days) on an as and when required basis.
