Description
The purpose of this NOI is to implement BRASS in Bulgaria and upgrade the existing communications equipment in order to provide adequate telecommunications infrastructures ( receivers, transmitters, auxiliary equipment and antennas) to BRASS implementation as well as providing a backup to NATO BRASS facilities in the Eastern and Southern regions.
