Landscaping Services and Maintenance at the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) in St-Hubert

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Bids from interested Canadian organizations to carry out maintenance and landscaping services at the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) in St-Hubert.

Optional highly recommended site visit 

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on March 18, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Canadian Space Agency in Saint-Hubert (6767 route de l’aéroport, Saint-Hubert, Quebec  J3Y 8Y9). Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority one (1) day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders that do not attend or send a representative will not be given another appointment. Theywill not be prevented from submitting a Bid. Any clarifications or changes to the Bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the Bid solicitation.

* For the site visit, visitors must bring an identification card that they will show at the reception.
* For the site visit, it is recommended that visitors bring the RFP documents to take notes.
