To provide Netscout hardware and software maintenance and support services for Shared Services Canada and its clients. 

Bidding is only open to the Original Equipment Manager (OEM) and the Original Software Publisher (OSP) (Netscout) and the authorized resellers of the OEM and OSP as provided by the OEM.
