Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is requesting quotes for French Language Training.
Pamela MacDonald requires full-time official language training in French to meet the CBC language requirement for the EX-01, Regional Chief Inspector position in which she was recently indeterminately appointed to.  The language training provider should have the capacity to offer language training services in Municipality of Meaford in Grey County; training will take place at 125 Eliza St, Meaford, ON N4L 1A4.
The language school will provide French language training to one employee as per the following schedule:
-	     Full-time from April 1, 2015 to March 29th 2016: Monday to Friday 7 hrs/day (40hrs/week)
-	There shall be no training on statutory holidays, or during the following: April 3 & 6, May 18, Jul. 1, Aug. 3, Sep. 7, Oct. 12, Nov. 11, Dec. 24-26, & 31, Jan. 1, Feb. 15.
-	Classes to be taken as a combination of on-site, at Client location, or public venue, within the Municipality of Meaford in Grey County, Ontario, and by online video medium.
-	     Instruction will consist of full time French language instruction, review and conversation in order to obtain the “CBC” level.
-	    The language training must be based on the Programme de français langue seconde (PFL2).  This methodology is recognized by the Canada School of Public Service for Federal Government employees.
-	Should the regular instructor be unable to instruct, a supply teacher will be provided for that period of time.
-	Travel to the Client location, or public venue, within the Municipality of Meaford in Grey County, Ontario will be required three days per week to perform the work.
