Description
The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) is the Government of Canada’s health research investment agency. CIHR provides leadership and support to more than 14,000 health researchers and trainees across Canada. CIHR requires services for the design and conduct of the evaluation of the Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR). The evaluation is required to fulfil the requirements of the 2009 Treasury Board Policy on Evaluation and the Financial Administration Act.
