    Description of Work: This project involves the mechanical work and electricity as plans in annex, achieve the interior systems work, achieve the work of flooring and provide the necessary wall baseboards, provide and install new doors, frames and hardware.
    
    Closing Date and Time: Friday, June 12, 2015 at 2 o’clock PM (EDT) changed for Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 2 o'clock (EDT)
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 2141 chemin St-Paul, St-Mathieu-du-Parc on Thursday, May 28, 2015. The site visit will begin at one (1) o’clock EDT, in St-Mathieu Complex.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Wednesday, May 25, 2015 at two (2) o’clock EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. 
    
    National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
    
    Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
    
    Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. 
    
    Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before October 30, 2015.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
