Preparation of Environment Canada's Planning and Reporting Documents

Based on the Environment Canada (EC) business practices and standards, the scope/objective of the project is to provide professional writing and editing services to assist in the development of Environment Canada’s annual reporting and planning documents as follows:
1.	Prepare, on an annual basis, narrative elements of a RPP package and ensure that it provides a clear and concise description of departmental planning commitments; and,
2.	Prepare, on an annual basis, narrative elements of a DPR package and ensure that it provides a clear and concise description of departmental performance.

In addition to the RPP and DPR packages noted above, the Contractor could be asked by the Project Authority to prepare PAA program descriptions, on an as and when required basis, during the contract period i.e. October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016. The PAA (and its program descriptions) is an integral part of the RPP and DPR packages.

This contact is for one year, and it may be extended by up to two (2) additional years, in one (1) year periods, under the same conditions and deliverables.
