    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada - Quebec region.
    
    Trade agreement:	 Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
    
    Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
    
    Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.
    
    Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.
    
    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
    
    Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
    
    Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 
    
    Technical Services – Quebec Region, Correctional Service Canada (CSC) wish to use moving services – Various locations.
    
    Background:
    
    This service is required to successfully carry out renovation and relocation work during construction projects, renovation of premises, moving to new offices, building renovations and others.  
    
    Tasks:
    
    The Contractor must carry out the move, disassembly (surfaces, screen panels, work stations/system furniture) and commercial installation with qualified labour. The Contractor must provide material and equipment under Article 1.7, trucks between 24 ft and 42 ft overall, safe storage services, storage management and scrap recycling for Technical Services – Quebec Region. 
    
    The following will not be included in the Standing Offer and will be the responsibility of CSC: The disconnection and connection of the phone and computer systems, and other electrical or electronic equipment.
    
    The CSC project manager must be able to contact one (1) member of the Contractor's staff during the move.
    
    Period of Standing Offer: From June 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016.  This Standing Offer is from one (1) year, with the possibility three (3) periods supplementary for one (1) year period. 
    
    More than one Standing Offer may be granted for the Refrigeration mechanic services.  The Contractor may bid for one (1) institution or more depending on his ability to serve in the designated areas.

    Given the nature of the requirements, proposals submitted by such means as facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
