This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 Stream 1 for Human Resources services for the following category:

Description of the requirement:

Elections Canada is seeking proposals from consulting companies for the following services:
•	Senior level operational staffing for all groups and levels, including the management category in the public service; and
•	Senior level monitoring of staffing files.

It is the objective of EC to obtain, as required, staffing support services.  
The Contractor will be required to provide: 
-	One (1) senior Staffing Consultant

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from award of a contract to March 31, 2016 with two options of one year to extend the term of the Contract, under the same terms and conditions.
