Procedures for Calculating Apportionable Flow at the Saskatchewan River at the Saskatchewan/Manitoba Boundary

Obtain the services of a consultant to review and update the apportionable flow calculation procedures used by the Prairie Provinces Water Board for the Saskatchewan River at the Saskatchewan/Manitoba interprovincial boundary.
The PPWB has recently begun utilizing a custom apportionable flow program called River Basin Assessment Tools (RBAT).  The apportionable flow procedures recommended through this basin review will be implemented in the RBAT program.  The Consultant completing the basin review will not be responsible for setting up the basin in RBAT, however, it is important to recognize that the use of this software may factor into the decision making process of the COH.
