Description of the requirement:

The Chief Information Officer Branch (CIOB) at Elections Canada (EC) requires a contract for professional services to assist with the architecture, design and implementation of a renewed EC Network Roadmap.  
The objective of the contract is to provide technical guidance on telecom voice services, yearly budgetary estimates and projections for EC business plans to meet EC convergence requirements, project management services for the introduction of new voice technologies for the EC transformed network including multimedia (video, voice, radio) transmission over the network (wired and wireless).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from award of a contract to May, 2016 with two options of one-year each to extend the term of the Contract, under the same terms and conditions.
