ES14SL01 – Source List for Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services, British Columbia.

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide the following services (but not limited to): Statement of Requirements or Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Preparation of Concept, Design Development, Preparation of Construction Documents or Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services and Construction Phase Services. Typical projects may involve new construction, building mechanical and electrical retrofits and upgrades including sprinkler systems, fire alarms and data cabling, general construction renovations, fit-ups, demolition, roofing and exterior site work. 

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals.  The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.  The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated value of this Standing Offer Agreement is $1,500,000 with a possible future contract change to increase the estimated value to $2,500,000.
