Defence Construction Canada – Abbreviated Proposals for Consulting Services – Environmental Site Investigations and Remedial Plans, Tsuu T’ina Nation Lands, Alberta.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide professional services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project, which will be located at Tsuu T’ina Nation Lands, Alberta.

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select a Consultant, who will confirm the level of contamination at each area of potential concern (APECs), where applicable, delineate the contamination, classify the remaining APECs using the latest version of the National Contaminated Site Classification System (NCSCS) and prepare remediation/risk management plans for the APEC, if required.

The initial contract Budget Amount to be established for this Agreement will be $80,000; however the total estimated contract value will be in the order of $3,000,000.

This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal document.  The criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise, and consultant coordination.   The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
