Description of Work:

Health Canada requires the services to support the second phase of Investment Plan Projects which aim to transform the systems and tools of the regulatory process in order to keep pace with new legislation. 

-	Bidders must submit a bid for all resources ;
-	The work is currently not being performed by any contracted resources.

Security Requirement:	Common PS SRCL #19 applies
