Inquiries regarding this RFP requirement are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority listed herein.

The Canadian Space Agency requires the services of an independent consulting firm to provide third-party monitoring and assessment of the Mobile Servicing System (MSS) Replacement Camera (RCAM) Project progress. 

Such services are expected at key MSS RCAM project milestones. The independent assessment essentially takes a pulse of the project at these key project milestones. The primary variables that are assessed will be project progress, schedule and risk. Such external validation will inform the project team of areas to pay particular attention and to address, subject to existing project constraints.

The complete description of the work to be completed under this requirement is provided in Annex “A” of the RFP. 

A French version of the Request for Proposal will be provided on demand and the closing date will be extended by the time taken to process the translation. 

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a period commencing on the date of contract award and ending no later than an estimated date of October 30th, 2015 with optional periods with an ultimate estimated end date of August 31st, 2017.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
