Description of Work:

The Electronics and Informatics division of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), a Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires the expert consulting services of one (1) Level 3 programmer analyst to assist with the support and maintenance of its information management systems.

Security Requirement:	Common PS SRCL #19 applies
