Description of the Requirement:

PWGSC’s Parliamentary Precinct Branch requires three (3) financial/cost specialists for real property to provide expert services for the purposes of conducting an international benchmarking exercise of construction cost comparing the current projected construction costs of the Centre Block rehabilitation project with other complex projects deemed of similar characteristics, scale, scope and complexity, undertaken by other governments or institutions, both in Canada and abroad. To undertake this benchmarking, directly relevant and recent cost estimating experience is required on multiple heritage building rehabilitation projects that include an element of seismic upgrade.
