Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the
Tier  “ 1 ” (= $0-$2M )  stream for Business Services.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: B.5 Business Process re-engineering (BPR) Consultant, Senior. 

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

	11.	OLAV CONSULTING CORP., MOSHWA ABORIGINAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, IN JOINT VENTURE

	14.	Tiree Facility Solutions Inc.

Description of the requirement:

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for one (1) B.3 Business Process re-engineering (BPR) Consultant, Senior. 

Security Requirement: 

Supplier Security: DOS – Reliability 
Document Safeguarding: DOS Protected A

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to 31 March 2016 with the possibility for one (1) option year of one (1) year each.  

If exercised the option year would be as follows:

Period 1 – April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 (to a maximum of 230 days)
