Request for Proposals for Financial and Technical Advisory Services

Defence Construction Canada – IE002504 - Request for Proposals for Financial and Technical (Architectural and Engineering) Advisory Services for District Heating and Municipal Services Upgrade, Atlantic Region.

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from consulting firms to provide financial and technical advisory services to complete the P3 Business Case, including identifying options for the replacement of central heating and the underground utilities network.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

This solicitation contains security requirements which are identified in the RFP documents.
