Description of Work:
The Department of Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), IT Client Support Division, IM/IT Service Desk Section provides first line desktop support to all DFATD users and partners using departmentally certified IM/IT tools on designated and supported hardware at more than 190 locations around the world. The emphasis on this project is desktop support of on DFATDs unclassified and classified networks throughout the NCR.
